According to the Department of Highway’s Invitation to Bid announcement of the Public Private Partnerships for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Bang Pa-In – Nakhon Ratchasima and Bang Yai – Kanchanaburi Intercity Motorway Projects published on April 20, 2018, it was stated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) would be available for sell from May 30, 2018 to June 27, 2018.
In this regards, during the preparation for the RFP documents, there are still some concerns in terms and conditions which require more time for further review.
As a result, the Department of Highways formally cancels the announced Invitation to Bid and postpones the RFP selling date until further notice. A new Invitation to Bid will be announced on the website of the Department of Highways (www.doh.go.th) and the project website (www.doh-motorway.com)
Any suggestions regarding the Invitation to Bid published on April 20, 2018 are welcome and shall be sent to the Department of Highways by May 31, 2018.
